    I love that this location has an indoor dining area. It's always clean and well kept. Food is usually fast, unless it's busy. Staff is friendly and welcoming for the most part; I've had a couple of negative interactions, just enough to knock one star off. I still eat here regularly and prefer this to any other location I've been to in the Triad.

    We enjoy coming to Cook Out any time we are in the area!! Good food and with their tray options, prices that can't be beat! They have just about every flavor shake option you can think of! The last time we were down we got the most fabulous cheese curds and were looking forward to that tasty treat this time, but u fortunately the location we stopped at this time did not have those... 😥 Still got a good meal, but not going to lie, we were all a little bit disappointed by that. We love the little Scripture references on their cups! 💗 That is never a disappointment! I love seeing businesses not afraid to share the Gospel! And having cheery employees! I've always been greeted warmly and had great service as well. 👍

    This cookout I have been to twice within a week and every time the service was great. staff was very friendly as well. Food is hot always. Parking wasn’t so bad. Clean inside.

    Quick service, and reliably good. Combo trays are the best bang for your buck, and with decent variety of sides. My wife lives for her chicken ranch wraps. I go for the burger with hushpuppies and fries. Good but not great--it is better than most other fast food burgers.

    For the price, this place is pretty good. The burgers are average fast food style. But their grilled chicken sandwiches are yummy and have a good flavor. I like the option of different sides. The milk shakes are good. Last time we went, we got onion rings for one of the sides and it only came with 4 small and broken onion rings. We don't go here often, so Im not sure if that is normal, but the onion rings weren't very good anyway.
